When reporting a problem, please state your domain name or IP address and that of your web proxy server if used. BSC is optimized to operate with, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and above and Firefox 1.0 and above. Use of one of these browsers is strongly recommended. The Software Requirements page offers the facility of downloading Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox.
